“American Idol” winner Jordin Sparks has signed to 19 Recordings/Jive Records. The first Jive release from 17-year-old Sparks will be the single “Tattoo,” on Aug. 27. The track was produced by Stargate (Beyonce, Ne-Yo) and co-written with Amanda Ghost (James Blunt’s “Beautiful”).
